Lithium battery, brussless motor and grinding wheel is the main part of this battery rail grinder machine, there is control panel matched with this grinder, through hand wheel can adjust grinding wheel.
1. After the construction of each shift, clean the exposed linkage guide bar and transmission chain of the yaw manoeuvring mechanism; the transmission screw and transmission chain of the transverse moving mechanism and other components, and add mechanical lubricant to their sliding surfaces.
2. Every 20 hours of operation of the railway grinder to the external lubricant cups filled with grease not less than once.
1. After each shift of construction is completed, clean the exposed yaw control mechanism linkage guide rods and transmission chains. Move the transmission screw, transmission chain and other components of the lateral movement mechanism, and apply mechanical lubricating oil to their sliding surfaces.
2. Grease should be added to each external lubricating oil cup no less than once every 20 hours of operation.
3. The railway grinder storage should be cleaned before the surface of the equipment, the rotation, slip, rolling parts of the surface with lubricating oil (or grease) to protect.
4. Equipment storage environment should be kept clean and dry. Equipment should not be placed in dust, exhaust, moisture, direct sunlight or temperature changes in the environment.
5. For long term storage, the battery and grinding wheel should be removed.
6. The grinding wheel should be stored in a dry place away from freezing and direct sunlight.
